At Fashionista Finds, we want you to love your purchase! We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit or match your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please take a moment to read through our returns policy below to understand how you can return your item(s) and make the process as smooth as possible.

All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch so any damaged items will not be refunded.

We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

Please let us know immediately by emailing us at fashionistafindsuk@gmail.com. A member of our team will then be in touch to advise you on how to process your return.

If you have made a mistake with your order, and the order has already been dispatched or you wish to return items, you will have to cover return postage.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods back to our return address if your refund claim is successful.

We will only accept items that:

Are in their original condition - they must not have been worn, washed or have the label removed.

Items that smell of perfume or have makeup stains will not be accepted.
